Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states within the continental United States. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Free shipping on all orders over $200.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping is covered for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Warranty Claims

All Fanxuary products include a manufacturer warranty. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue to initiate a warranty claim.
